Pricing for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 is based on Microsoft’s Perpetual Licensing Model. In this model, functionality is licensed through two main components, the Starter Pack and Extended Pack.

The Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is the core product under this licensing model. The functionality included in the Starter Pack is designed to help customers:

  • Gain control and insight over their finances
  • Purchase and sell items and materials
  • Pay and manage employees

A Starter Pack includes the following:

  • Financial Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • HR Management Self-Service Suite
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Workspace Collaboration
  • Configuration and Development
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting

The Starter Pack offers core Financial and Distribution functionality, plus three (3) Full Users licenses for one price.  The Starter Pack is priced at $5,000. Additional users can be purchased for $3,000 each and Limited User CAL (Concurrent User) for $600 each.

The Extended Pack

The Extended Pack adds functionality adds depth to the integrate core financials and distribution management offered in the Starter Pack. The Extended Pack offers:

  • Manufacturing to support and control the creation of goods
  • Field Service and Project Accounting to support managing and billing jobs for professional services, construction and other unique needs
  • Advanced forecasting and budgeting for keeping control over your finances

The Extended Pack includes following:

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting (Unlimited Forecaster)
  • Supply Chain Management (additional modules)
  • Manufacturing Solutions
  • Project Management
  • Customer Relationship Management (not Dynamics CRM)

The Extended Pack is priced at $10,000. The functionality is extended to all current and coming users of the customer.

Additional Packs

Microsoft Dynamics 2013 offers Additional Packs to add to the overall solution.

Customization Pack

This pack allows customers to integrate or customize the application and includes all of the tools necessary to make deep integrations with other products and to make customizations that extend the application to meet specific needs of the business. The Customization Pack is priced at $6,000.

Extended Human Resources and Payroll

U.S. and Canadian Payroll and Human Resources are included in the Starter Pack. This Pack extends the functionality and brings specific features that offer more flexibility in how companies pay and manage their employees. The Extended Human Resources and Payroll Pack sells for $7,000.

SmartList Builder Pack

This Pack gives you the ability to create reports on your own.  This Pack includes: SmartList Builder; Excel Report Builder; Drill Down Builder; and Navigation List Builder. This Pack sells for $2,000.

Cost

The cost to purchase or upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 will be determined by many factors. The pricing provided here is for the software only. Installation and related services can be provided for an additional cost.
