Complete Software’s Hosted GP Solution
Complete Software is offering Hosting and Microsoft Dynamics GP Licenses on a monthly subscription basis. We can host your GP License or provide you with the appropriate licenses and host on our secure, managed environment.
When considering a Hosted GP Solution, you should get a better understanding of the Hosting Options being offered and the costs associated with Setup and Data Migration. Below you will find information and costs associated with Complete Software’s GP Hosted Solution.
HOSTING OPTIONS
Complete Software is offering the following Hosted Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics GP:
Option 1: Hosting of Your GP License
Complete Software will host your GP License on our network. There is a minimum of two (2) GP users required.
Price: $175 per user/ per month*
Option 2: Hosting with GP Starter Pack License
Complete Software will provide you with the Microsoft Dynamics Starter Pack and host your GP License on our network. There is a minimum of two (2) GP users required.
Price: $270 per user/per month**
Option 3: Hosting with GP Starter Pack and Extended Pack License
Complete Software will provide you with the Microsoft Dynamics Starter Pack and Extended Pack as well as host your GP License on our network. There is a minimum of two (2) GP users required.
Price: $285 per user/per month**
*Hosting requires 30 Day Cancellation Notice
**Pricing is based on 12 month contract with 90 Day Cancellation Policy
Each Hosting Options includes the following:
- Dedicated virtual desktops for each user with all necessary licensing for Microsoft Dynamics GP; accessible from any Windows 7 or above computer with internet connection
- Office 365 for each workstation; OneDrive gives each user 1TB of personal cloud storage that can be accessed from anywhere and that syncs with their PC/MAC for offline access
- Access to applicable third-party software
- 24/7/365 Connectivity Support and Monitoring
- OS Patches; Hot Fixes; Enhancements and Upgrades are included
- Backups to be performed Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually (Backups for seven (7) years
SETUP and DATA MIGRATION
All Options listed above will require Setup and Data Migration. This one-time charge is billed separately and is due prior to the implementation of this project.
The Setup and Data Migration will include the following:
- Migration of data from your current environment to a test environment
- Testing and verification of data integrity in a test environment
- After testing is complete, data will be migrated from test environment to new Hosted ERP Solution
The estimated cost for Setup and Data Migration will be determined by many factors. Complete Software will gladly provide you an estimate for this cost after we get a better understanding of what is involved in the project.
