Complete Software’s Cloud Solutions include the Hosting; Setup/Implementation (Startup); and Upgrades/Enhancements.

Complete Software is offering two software packages for the hosted environment. The first is GP Standard. This package includes Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 Starter Pack. The second offering is GP Premium. This package includes Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 Starter Pack and Extended Pack.

Hosting Options

Whether you purchase Microsoft Dynamics GP or if you would rather lease Microsoft Dynamics GP, Complete Software offers a Cloud Solution to meet your needs.

Hosting of Microsoft Dynamics GP

Hosting Fee includes the following:

• Dedicated Hardware Resources
• 24/7/365 Connectivity support and monitoring
• Microsoft SQL Server 2012
• Daily Backups held for 14 days- additional backups available- please call for details
• OS patches; Intrusion Detection; Hot Fixes; Enhancements and Upgrades at No Additional Charge
• 10 GB of personal or shared storage

 GP Advanced Package

Complete Software also offers a GP Advanced Package. This package includes the Starter Pack, Extended Pack and the Customization Pack. Please call us for more details.

Startup Cost

Every solution needs to be established on the hosting network. The Startup Cost includes the cost of the software; the cost for implementation; and the cost to setup the solution.

This one-time cost is defined for each of our Models below.

Implementation

Complete Software will provide the installation services for your hosted solution. The installation and setup of the software (Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015) is as defined below:

• Analysis of Customer’s Current Accounting Environment
• Installation of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 on test environment
• Backup of databases
• Installation & Set-up of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 Starter Pack
• Installation & Set-up of SQL
• Setup of modules purchased (see GP Standard or GP Advanced)
• Setup Chart of Accounts
• Setup Vendors
• Setup Customers
• Setup of Balance Sheet/Income Statement
• Remote Training and Training Materials
• Setup of up to Five (5) reports

GP Premium

Includes all of the items listed above in GP Standard, plus the following:

• Installation & Setup of Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 Extended Pack
• Setup of Integration Manager
• Three (3) Integrations

1. Pricing does not include the installation or setup of third-party applications.

Complete Software will gladly provide you with pricing information for third-party applications.

2. Pricing does not include transferring of data.

Upgrades/Enhancements

There are two annual costs associated with a hosted solution. Software Upgrades for Microsoft Dynamics GP will be provided annually. The Software Enhancements are annual payments to the software manufacturer giving the user access to the most recent versions of the software.

This annual cost associated with is defined for each of our Models below.
